摘  要:本文叙述了一个用光谱纯CaCO_3按不同比例稀释GSD等系列标样制备标准样品,直接粉末法压片,经验系数法校正元素间效应,用日本理学3080E3型X射线荧光光谱仪测定冰洲石中CaO、Al_2O_3、SiO_2、Fe、P、Sr、Mn等元素的XRF方法。方法精密度较好,简便、准确、实用,分析结果与化学法和ICP-AES法相符。An X-ray fluorescence method for determination of CaO, Al_2O_3,SiO_2,Fe, P,Sr, Mn in iceland spar by the Rigaku 3080E3 Medel XRF spectrometer is described. A set of synthetic reference samples are prepared by diluting geochemical standard reference materials GSD with spectral pure CaCO_3. The powder-pressed pellet technique was used and the matrix correction was peformed by empirical coefficient methods. The precisions of the method can be compared with that of chemical analyeis and ICP-AES, The results are satisfactory. The analytical practice shows that this mathod is simple,accurate and practical.
