伊朗原油小于350℃宽馏分油闭口闪点的测定和关联

摘　　要：将伊朗原油小于350℃馏分切割成每10℃的窄馏分和四个宽馏分,按溶剂油、煤油和柴油方案配制成48个样品,实测了宽馏分的闭口闪点、密度、馏程、折射率和运动粘度等物性,考察了宽馏分闪点与其它物性之间的相互关系,提出了预测宽馏分闪点的三个关联式,结果表明三个关联式预测闪点的平均绝对误差均小于2.0℃,可满足设计和工程计算的需要。Fractions below 350℃, from Iran crude have been separated every 10℃, and then into four wide cuts. 48 samples have been blended according to the scheme of solvent oil, kerosene and diesel. Properties of the wide cuts such as close cup flash point, density, distillation range, refractive index and kinematic viscosity have been surveyed and the relations between flash point and other properties oi the wide cuts have been investigated. Three correlation equations predicting the flash point of wide cuts have been proposed as well. The result shows that average error of the three correlation equations is below 2.0℃, which have met the requirement, of engineering design and calculation.
