摘　　要：介绍了运筹学的主要含义,分析了石化销售企业应用运筹学的必要性,并就运筹学应用于油品价格决策和网点建设进行了实例演示和重点说明。This article introduced the basic conception of operations research, analyzed the necessary of the operations research application in the sales companies of SINOPEC, and demonstrated the operations research application in the decision - making of the oil product price and the building of commercial networks.
