摘　　要：本文采用溶液滤纸片法直接测定稀土萃取过程水溶液中15种稀土元素。方法具有快速、简便、标样制备简单等优点。由于省去了由溶液转化成氧化物的化学处理过程,不需要磨样,从而简化了制样手续,缩短了制样时间。本法获得了较好的准确度和精密度,有一定的实用价值。A method for the direct determination of 15 RE el-ements in water phase of extraction of rare earths by filter paper technique X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is described in this paper. The method is simple, rapid and convenient. Since the preparation of the standards is simplified, the analytical time is shortened greatly. Determination limits of all the rare earth elements are 0.1% and their relative standard deviations are from 0. 1 % to 5. 0%. The method is very practical in rare earth production.
