摘　　要：目的　探讨猪鼻支原体抗原对肿瘤细胞的作用。方法　以MTT法测定猪鼻支原体抗原对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响 ;琼脂糖凝胶电泳定性检测细胞凋亡 ;TUNEL法定量检测细胞凋亡。结果　猪鼻支原体抗原呈浓度依赖性抑制K5 6 2细胞的增殖 ;在有效浓度的猪鼻支原体抗原作用下 ,DNALadder显示K5 6 2细胞以凋亡方式死亡 ,TUNEL法获得凋亡率为 38.6 % ,显著高于正常对照组 (10 .2 % )。结论　猪鼻支原体抗原可通过诱导K5 6 2细胞凋亡的方式抑制其增殖。Objective To investigate the effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on human tumor cells. Methods We detected the effects of mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens on the proliferation of K562 cells by MTT method, and detected the rate of apoptosis by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL)technique.Results Mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens significantly decreased K562 cell proliferation in a dose dependent pattern The characteristic DNA 'Ladder' on agarose gels was appeared in effective concentration group, which revealed the apoptotic cell death of K562 cells. The percentage of apoptosis cell by TUNEL was 38.6%, which was much higher than the control group(10.2%). Conclusion Mycoplasma hyorhinis antigens inhibited K562 cell proliferation by the induction of apoptotic cell death.
