摘 要:本文提出了一种新的样品注入方法:局部反相流动注射法。既克服了正常流注分析中反应产率和分散度对灵敏度的影响,又克服了反相流注分析中需要大量试样溶液及不便更换分析试样的困难,使测定硫酸根的灵敏度大幅度提高。用于测定碳酸锂中硫酸根时,将校正线性的硫酸根标准溶液,在采样环前加入试样溶液中,使高浓度的硫酸根仅存在于试样带中,从而减少了硫酸钡沉淀对管路的污染,省去了洗涤系统,并可用单泵流注分析仪进行分析。In this paper a new sample injection method, referred to as partial rFIA method, has been proposed which not only removed the influence of reaction productivity and dispersion on sensitivity in normal FIA hut also greatly decreased the consumption of sample solution and the difficulty in changing samples in rFIA as well. So the sensitivity was greatly improved. The partial rFIA method has been applied to determine sulphate in lithium carbonate. The detection limit is 1.7μg/mL and the washing system can be omitted.
