反复呼吸道感染患儿厌氧菌感染状况的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨反复呼吸道感染 (RRI)患儿的厌氧菌感染状况。方法　采用双套管防污染毛刷在纤维支气管镜下对RRI患儿从下呼吸道刷取气管分泌物 ,进行厌氧及需氧菌培养。结果　 79例RRI患儿中有 5 0例检出细菌 ,34例为厌氧菌占 6 8 0 % (34/ 5 0 ) ,其中厌氧菌及需氧菌混合感染为 18例。结论　厌氧菌感染在RRI患儿中占有很大比例 ,这一结果对RRI患儿下呼吸道感染的治疗有重要参考价值。Objective To discuss anaerobic bacteria in pediatric patients with recurrent respiratory(RRI)tract infection.Methold Tracheal secretion samples were taken by brush of double antipolluted-cannula from lower respiratory tract of RRI pediatric patients under the observation of tracheobronchoscope, then cultured in both anaerobic and oxybiontic conditions.Results In 79 samples of RRI pediatric patients bacteria were found in 50 cases ,68 0 per cent (34cases) were anaerobic bacteria,and the mixed infection of anaerobic bacteria and oxybiontic bacteria was found in 18 out of 34 cases.Conclution The infection of the anaerobic bacteria takeg a great part in RRI pediatric patients. This artcle provides valuable reference for their therapy.
