四川省藏区牧民卫生服务利用的局限以及改进机会参与式研究

摘　　要：本研究通过参与式多层次评估,对四川省藏族牧区牧民卫生服务利用存在的局限和机会进行研究。研究发现,牧民卫生服务受到多种因素的影响,其中,无钱看病被牧民、乡村民小组访谈以及县级关键人物研讨会列为最为重要的卫生服务利用局限。牧民将除账列为提高卫生服务利用的第一办法,其余依次为实物付费、降低医疗服务价格、无息贷款以及贷款。Through multiple levels of participatory appraisal, the research analyzed the constraints of the health services utilization by herdsmen and the opportunities to improve the situation. The research found that the health services utilization was affected by multiple factors. Amongst the lack of cash to visit a doctor was listed as the most important constraints by herdsmen, township and village group interviews and county stakeholder workshop. The herdsmen listed pay on credit as the first way to improve the situation, the others were pay in kind , decrease the price of health services , loan without interest and loan according their ranks.
