农村户厕及卫生厕所普及率的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 了解农村改厕和粪管工作的现状及影响因素。方法 通过分层整群抽样方法,从山东省17个市地抽取了27个县的12 017家农户作为调查对象,以现场调查的方式进行资料收集。结果 无害化卫生厕所合格率81.81％,粪便无害化处理率91.76％;一般卫生厕所合格率47.34％,粪便无害化处理率26.86％,两类户厕之间存在明显差异。农户赞同改厕工作的占85.44％,对改厕资金投入完全能承受的占49.82％,每户平均资金投入401.31元,而政府改厕资金投入比例偏低。结论 农村大多数农户赞同改厕工作,建造无害化卫生厕所有利于户厕建筑质量和粪便无害化处理率的提高。OBJECTIVE In order to find out the situation of rebuilding latrine and management of night soil in rural area, approach the factors which related the family sanitary-latrine rebuilding and managing. Improve the work of rebuilding latrien. METHODS 12 017 families were selected by stratified and clustered sampling randomly for investigation and analysis from 27 counties in rural area of Shandong province by the end of last year. RESULTS The results are as follows;The sanitary and Non-hazardous latrines which were up to standard accounted for 81.81% , the night soil was treated by Non-hazardous accounted for91.76% .Other sanitary latrines which were u|> io standard accounted for 47.34% , the night soil was treated by Non-hazardous accounted for 26.86% .The difference is significance in statistics.The rural family which favored the work of rebuilding-latrine accounted for 85.44% ,the status of funds was enough to rebuilding-latrines accounted for 49.82% ,the average of re-building-latrines funds was 401.31 Yuan. CONCLUSIONS The results mentioned above indicated that majority rural family favored the work of rebuilding-latrine, Building sanitary and Non-hazardous latrines could improve the Quality of family latrines and raise the rate of Non-ha-zar-dous treatment of night soil.
