双低油菜华协1号青饲效果的研究

摘　　要：双低油菜(Brassicanapus)配合玉米秸秆进行的饲养对比试验结果表明:羊只喜食双低油菜,大量食入不会引起腹泻、腹胀等不良反应,与玉米秸秆配合饲喂增重效果极显著高于单饲玉米秸秆(P<0.01)。供草总量中油菜占50%和20%的羊只,日平均体增重比对照组分别高114.48和85.20g;屠宰率分别提高5.1%和4.3%;净肉率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。油菜占50%比占20%的羊只的净肉率、骨肉比、熟肉率和GR值高,而失水率低,由此得出双低油菜作为羊只的主要饲草是可行的。The experiment results of feeding sheep with Huaxie 1 rape (with low mustard acid and low sulfoglucoside) and corn straw mixture showed that sheep had a partiality for Huaxie 1 rape. Sheep, fed with a large amount of rape, did not show an unhealthy reaction, such as diarrhoea, abdominal distention. Feeding with rape and corn mixture, the weight gain of sheep was significantly higher than that of feeding with corn straw only (P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the daily average weight per sheep increased by 114.48 g and 85.20 g respectively when rape was 50% and 20% in the total feed. Also the dressing percentage increased by 5.1% and 4.3% responding to 50% and 20% rape in mixture. Meat percentage was also significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). The meat percentage, meatbone ratio, cooked meat rate and GR value of the sheep fed with 50% rape in the mixture were higher than those of the sheep fed with 20% rape, but the dehydrate rate of the former was lower than that of the latter. According to the above results, Huaxie 1 rape could be main forage for sheep.
