摘　　要：本文首先说明了虚拟图书馆建设的一般过程和方法 ,简单介绍了 WINISIS的基本特点 ,然后通过“图书情报学虚拟图书馆”的建设阐述了 WINISIS在建设虚拟图书馆中的具体应用 ,最后作者指出 WINISIS是构建虚拟图书馆的一个比较理想的工具。The following three aspects are discussed in the paper:①the general process and method for the construction of virtual library;②the characteristics of WINISIS;and ③the application of WINISIS in the construction of virtual library by the example of library and information science virtual library construction.At last,the author points that WINISIS is an ideal tool for the construction of virtual library.
