摘 要:研究了合成方式和料坯的初始特征对NiAl、Ni_3Al无压自反应燃烧合成的影响。结果表明,采用自反应热爆工艺可以顺利地合成NiAlNi_3Al,但当原料粒度大于100μm时,Ni_3Al合成转化率不高。同时,稀释剂渗加量大于30wt%时,也不能得到纯净的Ni_3Al产品。坯料的初始特征对NiAl合成结果影响不大。但合成温度T_c随粒度增大及稀释剂渗量增加而下降。The influences of synthetic mode and characters of initial compacts (density, particle size and diluent amount) on the combustion synthesis of NiAl and Ni_3Al have been investigated. The results have shown, that NiAl and Ni_3Al intermetallic compounds can be synthesized smoothly by self-reaction heat explosion process. However, Ni_3Al was synthesized with low conversion rate in case of the particle size over 100μm and without pure Ni_3Al products in case of a diluent amount 30wt%.The characters of initial compacts hardly influences the synthesis of NiAl. The synthetic ignition temperature T_(ig) remaines constant regardless of processing parameters. The synthesis temperature T_c decreases with the increase of particle size and diluent amount.
