摘　　要：我国野生稻资源丰富,分布地域广阔,由于经济建设用地需要,近年来野生稻原生地遭到严重破坏,野生稻原生境保存已是十分紧迫的事情。本文论述了原生境保存的意义,原生境保存地的选择原则及设想,旨在提高全民生态保护意识,加强野生稻资源保护。In situ conservation is the important methodology for protection of the genetic diversity in wild relatives of forests and crops.In China,wild rice resources were abundant and distributing widely.However,these important genetic resources have been erosion seriously because destroy of the environment for its living in these years. Therefore,In situ conservation of wild rice is very urgent.This essay discusses the meaning,choice of the sites,and the basic requirement on the place for in situ conservation of this wild important genetic resource.
