摘  要:In this paper,based on the theory of Auto Partitioned Iterated Function System (PIFS) Compression, a new line-scan double-threshold adaptive multi-level partitioning compression algorithm is proposed. Compared with normal short-distance block-based method,at the nearly same PSNR value,the new method can obtain a higher PSNR value, whereas compress ratio is hardly changed. Based on the above, a new line-scan H-V multi-level partitioning compression algorithm improves the compression ratio with a slightly-reduced decoding quality.In this paper,based on the theory of Auto Partitioned Iterated Function System (PIFS) Compression, a new line-scan double-threshold adaptive multi-level partitioning compression algorithm is proposed.
