摘　　要：运用复数分析方法直接给出了共轭直链多烯分子轨道数学表达式及其相应的能量的求解过程和解公式 ,比原来的方法更自然 ,并给出了一个计算程序 ,使运算的时间和空间复杂性降低 .The two fundamental questions of HOM method of the conjugate system are mathematics expression of π molecule obrit and its energy.They are the prerequisition of constructing molecule graph and discussing recurrence pattern.This article immediate gives solving progress and formulus on above two problem of conjugate alkene molecule orbit by using complex analysis.it is naturaller than original measures and gives a program for our have being took formulus.
