摘　　要：目的　探索甲状旁腺激素相关肽 (PTHr P)在大骨节病儿童及成人关节软骨中的表达及分布。方法　应用免疫组化方法比较正常儿童和成人与大骨节病儿童和成人关节软骨中 PTHr P的表达。结果　 1大骨节病儿童关节软骨表层、中层、深层 PTHr P阳性细胞表达率分别为 30 %、2 4 %和 31% ,中层、深层表达率比正常儿童明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;2大骨节病成人关节软骨表、中、深层 PTHr P阳性细胞表达率分别为 5 4 %、4 6 %和 16 % ,各层细胞阳性表达率均明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。 3大骨节病儿童与成人比较各层软骨细胞 PTHr P的阳性表达差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,表现为表、中层成人高于儿童 ,深层儿童高于成人。结论　大骨节病患者关节软骨中 PTHr P阳性表达率高于正常对照。Objective To investigate the role of the expression of Parathyroid hormone related peptide (PTHrP) in articular cartilage from Kashin Beck disease(KBD) children and adults.Methods To contrast the positive rate of the expression of PTHrP in articular cartilage in the health and the KBD patien by immunohistochemistry.Results ①The positive rates of PTHrP expression in the upper zone, middle zone and deeper zone in articular cartilage of KBD children were 30%, 24% and 31%, respectively. It was obviously higher than those of the health cartilage in middle zone and deeper zone (P<0.01).②The positive rates of PTHrP expression in the upper zone, middle zone and deeper zone in KBD adults articular cartilage were 54%, 46% and 16%, respectively. It was significantly higher than those of the health cartilage among all zones (P<0.01).③The positive rates of PTHrP expression in the different zones of articular cartilage had significant difference between the children and the adults (P<0.01). The rate in the upper zone and middle zone in adults was higher, while it was lower in deeper zone.Conclusions The positive rates of PTHrP expression in articular cartilage with KBD were higher than those in the health control.
