摘 要:目的 研究氟中毒对脑组织的损伤 ,探讨氟中毒人群血清中脑髓鞘碱性蛋白 (MBP)含量与脑髓鞘损伤的关系。方法 用 MBP- EL ISA法分析血清中 MBP含量 ,用氟离子选择电极法分析血清氟含量。观察对象为 3组 ,氟骨症患者组、病区健康人组、非病区健康人组。结果 氟骨症患者组和病区健康人组血清 MBP含量显著高于非病区健康人组 (P <0 .0 1) ,氟骨症患者组与病区健康人组差异无显著意义。氟骨症患者组血清氟含量显著高于病区健康人组和非病区健康人组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,病区健康人组显著高于非病区健康人组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 氟可造成氟病区人群大脑髓鞘脱失 ,使血清 MBP含量升高。这种变化可能早于骨相损害 。Objective To study the effect of fluorosis on brain,and correlation between serum MBP content and brain myelin sheath damage in endemic fluorosis areas.Methods Using MBP ELISA to determinate serum MBP content,and using fluoride ion(F) selective electrode method to determinate serum F content, The subject was three groups of people, group one: the fluorosis patient group, group two:the normal people group living in fluorosis area, group three: the normal people group living in no endemic fluorosis area.Results Serum MBP content of group one and group two were significantly higher than that of group three(P<0.01) , but there was no significant difference between group one and group two. F content of group one was significiantly higher than that of group two and group three(P<0.001),and F content of group two was significantly higher than that of group three(P<0.001).Conclusions The result of the study showed:F could directly affect brain Myelin sheath of the people living in endemic fluorosis areas,this change might come earlier than the change of the bones, and might be very severe in some condition.
