摘 要:目的 探讨氟对鸡红细胞膜唾液酸 (SA)代谢的影响。方法 选用 2 5 0只 1日龄蛋鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 5 0只。第 1组为正常对照组 ,第 2~ 5组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 5 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,15 0 0 ,2 0 0 0 mg/ kg实验期为 15 0 d。测定血清中氟及红细胞膜 SA的含量。结果 成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ,氟中毒组鸡红细胞膜 SA含量均不同程度地降低 ,SA含量与血清氟含量呈显著的负相关 (r =- 0 .5 2 6 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 氟能破坏红细胞膜 SA的代谢 ,是导致机体贫血的原因之一。Objective To investigate the effects of fluoride on the metabolism of sialic acid(SA) in erythrocytic membrane in chicks.Methods Two hundred and fifty one day chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups,50 for each.Group I was the control,and other four groups,groupⅡ~Ⅴ were fed the diets containing 500, 1 000 ,1 500,2 000 mg/kg of fluorine as sodium fluoride, respectively, for 150 days. The contents of fluorine in serum and SA in erythrocytic membrane were determined at every other 30 days.Results The animal patterns of chick fluorosis were successfully established.The contents of SA in erythrocytic membrane decreased .The contents of serum F significantly correlated with the contents of SA in erythrocytic membrane(r=-0.526,P< 0.01 ).Conclusions Fluoride can injure the metabolism of SA,which is one of the causes of anemia induced by fluorosis.
