青海高原新生儿脐带血TSH正常参考值探讨

摘　　要：目的　确立青海省新生儿脐带全血促甲状腺激素 (TSH)正常参考值。方法　使用酶联免疫吸附(EL ISA)方法对青海省西宁市、海东农业地区、牧业区 4 7所 (省、市、州、县 )医院住院分娩的 2 185 8例新生儿脐带血进行 TSH水平测定。结果　青海省新生儿脐带血 TSH中位数为 3.5 6 5 m U/ L(0～ 99.999m U/ L) ,97%分位值为 11.881m U/ L,TSH频数分布为正偏态分布 ,不同地区间新生儿脐带血 TSH测定值有差异 ,新生儿性别间结果无差异。结论　以 TSH97%分位值 11.881m U/ L 作为青海省新生儿脐带血 TSH的正常上限值 。Objective To establish TSH normal reference standard of neonatal cord blood TSH in Qinghai province.Methods Twenty-one thousand eight hundred cases of neonatal cord blood TSH delivered in hospitals at Xining, agricultural of Haidong and pastoral areas were measured with ELISA.Results The median is 3.565 mU/L.The distrubution of results is between 0 to 99.999 mU/L,limit of 97% is 11.881 mU/L.TSH frequency distribution is plus skewness spread.The level of TSH measured are difference in variant region and was found between gender no differente.Conclusions Ninty seven percentile of TSH is 11.881 mU/L,which is regarded as normal value of neonatal cord blood TSH in Qinghai province,it also offers scientific basis for IDD surveillance.
