海南省碘缺乏病防治工作的现状与对策

摘　　要：目的　了解海南省碘缺乏病 (IDD)防治工作存在的主要问题及其原因 ,提出相应对策。方法　回顾和分析海南省碘缺乏病防治工作的历史和现状。结果　海南省碘盐推广普及困难 ,碘缺乏病的防治工作处于全国落后状态 ,防治工作缺乏专业人员、基础设备和防治经费。缺少一个结构完善、运行良好的防治工作体系是海南省碘盐推广普及工作困难、IDD防治工作落后的原因。结论　建立海南省 IDD防治工作的可持续发展的良性运行机制 ,普及 IDD健康知识 ,对重点人群进行重点宣传 ,加强重点地区、重点人群的病情监测 ,加强盐业生产和食盐市场的管理 ,改变海南省碘缺乏病防治工作的现状 ,推动普及碘盐工作 。Objective To find the problem and the causes of Hainan provincial IDD control. To propose corresponding countermeasure.Methods Analysis the history and the status of Hainan provincial IDD control.Results The iodine salt is hard to extend . The index of group ill and nutrition get below the average level of the state. Lacked professional contingent, basic equipment and funds, no running well system are the fundamental causes of those.Conclusions To establish a intersectoral corporation among health, salt industry and other related sectors working system led by the central and all levels of government for controlling IDD,popularize IDD health knowledge, have strategy study, enhance IDD population survey, strive for aid, strengthen salt industry and market administered to make the work well.
