摘  要:目的 分析糖尿病周围神经病变与各影响因素之间的关系。方法 测定120例糖尿病患者周围神经的传导速度,与各影响因素进行逐步回归分析,并以糖化血红蛋白(HbAlC)不同切点分组,将各周围神经传导速度进行t检验。结果 各影响因素中,HbAlC有四项显著相关,其次为年龄(三项)、空腹血糖(FBS)和病程(二项)。当HbA1C达到6.8时,开始出现周围神经传导速度的显著差异(P<0.05);HbAlC超过8.0时,所有的神经传导速度均出现明显差异(P<0.05)。若去除病程和年龄因素,只有HbAlC达到9.0时,所有神经传导速度才出现显著差异。结论糖尿病周围神经病变各影响因素中,相关性最强的是HbAlC;其次,病程和年龄也起到了非常重要的作用。Objective To analyse the relationship between diabetic peripheral neuropathy and each related factor. Methods Nerve conductive velocity (NCV) in 120 diabetic patients was determined. Step gradual regression analyses were performed between NCV and all factors. NCV was divided into groups at different HbAlC levels, and t test was used. Results Among the related factors, significant differences were observed in HbAlC, in age, FBS and the course of disease, respectively. The first significant change of NCV was observed when HbAlC reached 6.8% (P<0.05). Significant changes were observed in all NCV when HbAlc was greater than 8% (P<0.05). The same changes happened when HbAlC was greater than 9% , except the age and the course. Conclusion Among the factors related to diabetic peripheral neuropathy, HbAlC expresses the most close correlation. The course and the age also played the extremely vital role.
