摘  要:目的 :确定综合物理疗法治疗颈椎病根性疼痛的试验性治疗次数 ,预测疗效。方法 :对 4 7例颈椎病根性疼痛患者连续进行 10次物理治疗每日一次 ,每次治疗前进行VAS法疼痛评定 ,共得 10个评定值 (A1,A2 ……A10 ) ,经变量标准化 :Xi=A1-A(i+ 1) ,得X1,X2 ……X9对于X9>1.2cm者认为治疗有效 ,反之无效 ;利用X1至X2 ,X1至X3 ,X1至X4,X1至X5,X1至X6,X1至X7,X1至X8为自变量分别对有效与无效进行判别分析。结果 :在进行的各次判别分析中 ,随自变量增多 ,判别分析的正确率明显提高。在所获得的相应判别函数中 ,X4,X5的单相关系数较高 ,分别为 0 .778和 0 .787。结论 :应用综合物理疗法治疗颈椎病根性疼痛 ,试验性治疗以 5次为宜 ;依据VAS法疼痛评定结果 ,利用判别函数可对治疗处方的效能进行预测。Objective: To predict the effectiveness of the duration of treatments with multiple physical therapy on cervical radiculopathy patients with pain. Method: Multiple physical therapy was administered in 47 cervical radiculopathy patients with pain for 10 sessions. A visual analogue scale was used to measure the pain intensity before each time for 10 times, and record as A 1, A 2......A 10 . Each data (A 1, A 2 ...... A 10 ) was normalized as: X i = A 1-A (i+1) , (X 1, X 2 ......X 9). Those cases with X 9>1.2cm were judged as effective treatment, and vice versa. Discriminant analysis from SPSS 10.0 was used to analyze eight independent variances, named from X 1 to X 2, from X 1 to X 3, from X 1 to X 4, X 1 to X 5, X 1 to X 6, X 1 to X 7 and X 1 to X 8. Result: As the number of independent variances increased, the misclassification was reduced in the discriminant analysis with eight independent variances. Among the related discrimination functions, X 4 and X 5 were found to be correlated with the value of high correlation coefficients 0.778,0.787. Conclusion: Five sessions of multiple physical therapy can predict the effectiveness of therapeutic prescription to the patients with cervical radiculopathy pain.
