摘 要:运用有限元方法对轮齿的低阶固有频率进行了分析。计算了一定载荷条件下的轮齿在不同的齿对啮合时间下的动态位移响应 ,并与对应啮合位置的轮齿静态变形进行了比较。结果表明 ,轮齿具有较高的固有频率 ,在一般转速下 ,啮合力沿齿廓移动速度的大小对轮齿变形的影响很小 ,可以忽略不计。因此 。An analysis has been carried out upon the low ordered natural frequency of gear tooth by the use of finite element method.The dynamic displacement response of gear tooth was calculated under a certain loading condition and different meshing times of distinct tooth pairs,and a comparison was conducted with the static deformation of tooth at the corresponding engaging position.The result of comparison shows that the teeth have comparatively high natural frequency and the influence upon tooth deformation affected by the magnitude of moving speed of meshing force along tooth profile is quite small,thus this influence can be neglected under ordinary rotary speed.Therefore,the achievement in research of tooth rigidity under static state condition can be applied to the calculation of dynamic deformation in gear transmission.
