摘　　要：论述了功能设计法的基本概念和实施步骤。提出应将工艺流程设计纳入实施步骤中的需求分析阶段。结合残烟废料处理装置的开发 。The basic concept and steps of implementation for function designing method was discussed.It has been put forward that technical flow design should be brought into the requirement analytical stage of implementation steps.Combining with the development of deposed cigarettes processing device,the concrete application of function desgning method in the innovative design of principle scheme is introduced.
