青银注射液治疗肺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :①观察中药青银注射液治疗肺炎的疗效 ,主要研究该药的抗感染作用和退热作用 ,并观察其可能出现的不良反应 ;②观察该药与氧哌嗪青霉素的联合用药效果 ,探索中西药联用治疗肺炎的新方法。方法 :本试验采用随机对照法治疗肺炎 ,治疗组分两组 ,分别采用青银注射液静滴和青银注射液肌注加氧哌嗪青霉素静滴 ;对照组采用氧哌嗪青霉素静滴。结果 :青银注射液组治疗肺炎治愈率为 72 .0 % ,有效率为 80 .0 % ;氧哌嗪青霉素组治愈率为 6 6 .7% ,有效率为 80 .0 % ,二者相比差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;青银注射液 +氧哌嗪青霉素组治愈率为93.3% ,有效率为 10 0 .0 % ,与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :青银注射液治疗肺炎疗效较好 ,无不良反应 ,且与氧哌嗪青霉素联用疗效优于单用氧哌嗪青霉素。Objective:To probe the therapeutic fffect of Qingyin Injection,which is made from pure Chinese herbs,and its combination with piperacillin on pneumonia.Methods:The patients with pneumonia were divided into three groups randomly, group I and Ⅱ were treated with Qingyin Injection and combination as control. of Qingyin Injection and piperacillin respectively as testgroups,while group Ⅲ with piperacillin as control. Results:The cure rate of 25 cases in group I and 30 cases in group Ⅲ was 72.0% and 66.7% respectively. The total effective rate in both groups was 80.0%, and there was no signifcant difference between them(P>0.05). The cure rate and total effective rate of 30 cases in group Ⅱ were 93.3% and 100.0% respectively, and there was signifcant difference in contrast with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Qingyin Injection has a good effect in the treatment of pneumonia, and the effect of combination therapy of Qingyin Injection and piperacillin is better than that of piperacillin alone. Side-effect wasn't observed in the test groups.
