摘 要:比较了四种固定菌体的方法。结果以聚乙烯醇—海藻酸钠包埋地衣芽孢杆菌 (Bacil luslicheniformis)R0 8菌体 ,制成直径约 2mm的颗粒 ,然后用磷酸缓冲液处理 ,5 %戊二醛溶液交联 ,制得的固定化R0 8菌体 (PIRB)对Pd2 + 的吸附率最高。PIRB吸附Pd2 + 的最适pH值为3 5。吸附作用是一种迅速的过程。在 5℃~ 6 0℃范围内 ,吸附作用不受温度的影响。溶液中的PIRB含量和Pd2 + 起始浓度影响吸附作用 ,在 0 5gPIRB L、2 0 0mgPd2 + L、pH3 5和 3 0℃条件下 ,吸附 6 0min ,吸附量达 94 7mg g干重。吸附过程符合Freundlich和Langmuir吸附等温式。Au3 + 等离子抑制PIRB对Pd2 + 的吸附。用lmol LHCl洗脱PIRB所吸附的Pd2 + ,解吸率为83 6 %。在填充床反应器中 ,在流速 2mL min、1 0 0mgPd2 + L、2 5gPIRB(干重 )、pH3 .5和 3 0℃条件下 ,反复吸附 -解吸附 ,最初 5批的饱和吸附量、吸附率和解吸率分别平均为 44 3mgPd2 + g干重、89 4%和 82 5 %。在与上述相同的条件下 ,PIRB对废钯催化剂处理液中的Pd2 + 的吸附量为 41 3mg g ,吸附率为 88 6 %。Four methods of immobilizing biomass were compared. The results indicated that Bacillus licheniformis R08biomass was mixed with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) alginate sodium and the mixture was rolled out into granules of about 2 mm diameter. The biomass granules were treated with phosphated buffer and crossed with 5% glutaraldehyde solution subsequently. The immobilized R08 biomass (PIRB) obtained had relativedly strong ability of adsorbing Pd 2+. The optimum pH value of Pd 2+ biosorption by PIRB was 3.5. The Pd 2+ biosorption was a rapid process and a non-temperature-dependent process in the range of 5~60℃. The content of PIRB and Pd 2+ initial concentration in the solution affected the biosorption. The adsorptive capacity of Pd 2+ by the PIRB was up to 94.7 mg/g under the conditions of 0.5g PIRB/L, 200mg Pd 2+/L,pH 3.5 and 30℃ for 60min. The process of biosorption could be fitted to Fteundlich mold of adsorption isotherm. Co-ions(e.g.Au 3+,Ag + etc.)inhibited the Pd 2+ adsorption by the PIRB. 83.6% of Pd 2+ could be recovered from the PIRB adsorbed Pd 2+. with mol/L HCL for 60 min. In the packed-bed reactor, the saturative uptake, adsorptive efficiency nd desorptive efficiency averagedrespectively 44.3mg/g dry weight, 89.4% and 82.5% under the conditions of the solution flow rates of 2 ml/min, 100mg Pd 2+/L,2.5g PIRB(dry weight),pH3.5 and 30℃ within the first 5 cycles adsorption-desorption.Adsorptive capacity and efficienty of Pd 2+ by the PIRB from the treatment solution of waste palladium catalyst were 41.3 mg/g and 88.6%,respectively.
