摘 要:目的 :探讨特发性肺纤维化 (IPF)肺组织中STAT1 的表达及其临床意义。方法 :对 15例健康人和 11例IPF患者行支气管肺泡灌洗 ,并同时应用免疫组化方法检测其肺组织的STAT1 表达。结果 :IPF组支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中炎性细胞总数和中性粒细胞均高于健康对照组 ;IPF组肺组织STAT1 表达明显高于健康对照组 ;肺组织STAT1 表达与BALF中炎性细胞总数呈正相关。结论 :IPF患者肺组织中存在STAT1 异常表达 ;STAT1Objective: To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of signal transducer and activator of transcription 1 (STAT 1) in lung tissue of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Methods: Bronchoalveolar lavage was used in 11 cases of IPF and 15 cases of control groups, and at the same time the STAT 1 expression in lung tissue was examined immunohistochemically. Results: The total amount of inflammatory cells as well as the amount of neutrophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of IPF was significantly higher than that in BALF of control groups. In the lung tissue, the STAT 1 expression in IPF was significantly higher than that in control groups. The STAT 1 expression in lung tissue was significantly positively correlated with the total amount of inflammatory cells in BALF. Conclusion: There was abnormal expression of STAT 1 in the lung tissue of IPF. The abnormal STAT 1 expression took part in the inflammatory formation of lung tissue in IPF.
