摘 要:通过催化裂化条件下降烯烃反应化学分析,进行了GOR-DQ催化剂设计。试验主要对载体和分子筛以及二者的匹配对催化剂重油裂化能力和产品降烯烃效果的影响进行了考察,对开发的催化剂中试样品进行了固定流化床评价。结果表明:应用大孔活性载体可以加强重油裂化能力;用适当比例的复合活性组分与载体匹配可以达到最佳效果,同时,催化剂的稀土含量也是调节性能的一个重要手段;催化剂重油裂化能力和裂化产品降烯烃效果都明显优于常规重油裂化催化剂。GOR-DQ催化剂已成功地进行了工业放大和工业应用。The GOR-DQ catalyst for reducing FCC gasoline olefinicity was designed on the basis of chemical reactions in catalytic cracking conditions. The effects of matrix and zeolite and their compatibility on heavy oil cracking and product olefin reduction were investigated. The prepared catalyst on pilot scale was evaluated on fixed-fluidized bed reactor. The results showed that application of the large pore matrix could enhance the heavy oil cracking. The compatibility of the matrix and the composite zeolite with proper ratio could obtain an optimum result. The content of rare earth in catalyst was an important means for regulating its performance. The heavy oil cracking ability and the olefin reduction of cracking product of the said catalyst were obviously better than that of the conventional heavy oil cracking catalyst. The preparation of GOR-DQ catalyst has been scale up and applied in commercial unit.
