摘 要:本文采用序列间歇式反应器(SBR)研究了生物法处理制药有机废水的可行性,实验结果表明,在进水COD为523~2149mg/L.曝气16h时,COD去除率为75~90%,出水COD可达到国家行业废水排放标准,废水中有机污染物通过活性污泥微生物作用被降解,COD浓度降低,基质性脱氢酶活性(DHAs)水平也降低,总脱氢酶活性与活性细菌数目(ABN)的对数显著相关。In this paper,the feasibility of the treatment of organic wastewater from pharmaceutical plant by biological process was studied with sequence batch reactor (SBR).The experimental results show that,when the COD of influent is 523~2149 mg/L and aeration treatment time is 16 hours,the removal rates of COD is 75~90%, and the COD of effluent can meet the national discharge standards of the wastewater. Organic pollution in the wastewater is stabilized by the action of microbe in activated sludge,the COD concentration is decresed,and the substrate dehydrogenase activity (DHAs)level is also declined.There is an outstanding correlation between the total de- hydrogenase activity(DHAt)and logarithm of activated bacterium number(ABN),r= 0.994(n=4).Dehydrogenase activity is an effective parameter for studying and discuss- ing the feasibility of the bio-treatment of organic wastewater.
