摘 要:利用三步法综合处理化学镀镍老化液。以多孔性泡沫镍作为阴极、Ti RuO2 作为阳极 ,电解回收化学镀镍老化液中的金属镍离子 ,镍的回收率可以达到 97.5 % ,同时废液中总有机碳去除率达到 97.3 % ;再以 15 %石灰乳作沉淀剂 ,每克镍投加量为 6.5mL时进一步将溶液中的残余镍处理至排放标准以下 ;最后以Ca(ClO) 2 作为氧化沉淀剂 ,处理剩余溶液中的磷 ,排放水中总磷浓度达到 1.0 6mg L ,沉淀中镍的含量低于 1.4mg kg ,以P2 O5计的磷含量高达 67.3 % ,符合农用污泥污染物控制指标 ,可以作为农业肥料使用。实验结果表明 ,利用以上方法处理 ,可以有效地将老化液中的镍、磷处理至排放标准以下 ,同时溶液中的大量有机物得到去除 。The treatment of spent electroless nickel-plating bath by three-step method was studied in this paper.The electrolysis cell,which was composed of the cathode of porous nickel foam and the anode of Ti/RuO 2,was used to reclaim the nickel ion in the spent electroless nickel-plating bath.Under the optimum experimental conditions,the recovery efficiency of nickel was 97.5%.Meanwhile,the removal rate of TOC was 97.3%.Then the residual nickel was decreased to less than the limit of discharged standard by Ca(OH) 2 precipitation.Finally,total phosphorus was reduced to 1.06mg/L by adding oxidizing and precipitating agent of Ca(ClO) 2.Since the P 2O 5 concentration in the sediment was as high as 67.3% while nickel concentration was less than 1.4mg/kg,the sediment meet the acquirement of agricultural sludge and could be utilized as fertilizer.The experimental result showed that nickel and total P in the final effluent could be reduced to discharged standard concentration after treatment,at the same time,lots of organism were removed and the useful resourecs were recovered.
