摘　　要：阐明了科技论文的作用及发表科技论文的重要意义,介绍了科技论文的鉴审过程,归纳了编辑和审稿者对科技论文的要求,进而提出了提高科技论文投稿命中率的方法。The function of the scientific and technological thesis and the important meaning of publication ofthem are clarified. The course for discrimination and revision of the scientific and technological thesis is intro-duced. The requirements for writing such kind of thesis asked by editor and responsible reader are summed up,and then the way to increasing hits percentage of contributions is presented.
