摘　　要：综述了激光法制备纳米粉体的应用研究现状。对各种纳米粉体的激光制备工艺、原材料及其特点进行了阐述 ,具体分析了激光技术在Si/C/N纳米粉体及其它粉体制备中的应用 ,并对该项技术应用前景进行了展望。The present application and study situation of laser technique on the synthesis of nanopowders are reviewed. The process,raw materials and characters of different nanopowders synthesis by laser are clarified. The application of laser technique on Si/C/N and other nanopowders synthesis are analyzed concretely, and finally the comments on the application prospect of this technique is given.
