摘　　要：生产者实行有批量折扣价格 ,零售商如何确定订购量 ,方能使利润最大 ,本文建立了基本符合新财税制度的零售商销售利润最大化的数学模型。How can a buyer define the order quantity in order to make a maximum profit when the seller work out a discounted price of batch?The paper established a new mathematical formula of the sales maximum profit of the retailed dealer,which accord with the new financial affairs and tax system on the whole.
