电针阳明经穴治疗桡神经损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：为观察电针对促进周围神经再生的影响。采用电针阳明经穴治疗桡神经损伤 15例 ,并随机设西药对照组 15例对照观察 ,观察周期为 3个月。结果电针组优良率为 80 %,西药组优良率为 2 6 %,有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,且在周围神经损伤治疗过程中 ,有年龄越小恢复越快 ,损伤后开始治疗时间越短恢复越快 ,出现循经感传现象较强者恢复较快的倾向。说明电针阳明经穴为治疗周围神经损伤的有效方法。In order to observe the effect of electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels on peripheral nerve injury,15 cases of radial nerve injury were treated by electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels(EA Group)and compared with 15 cases of the control group treated by Western medicines for three months.The results showed that the excellent-good rate of the EA Group was 80% while that of the control was 26% with a signficant difference(P>0.01).Through the comparison and observation,it was found that the younger the patient was and the earlier the treatment was performed,the sooner the recovery occurred;the stronger the needling sensations traveled along the channels,the better the results were obtained.That suggested that electric acupuncture of the acupoints along the Yangming Channels was an effective therapy for peripheral nerve injury.
