头孢替唑钠与头孢唑啉钠对照治疗急性细菌性感染130例

摘　　要：目的 :观察头孢替唑钠治疗急性细菌性感染的疗效及安全性。方法 :1 30例急性呼吸道及泌尿道感染患者 ,随机分成试验组和对照组 ,分别接受头孢替唑钠和头孢唑啉钠 ,均用 2g溶于 5 %葡萄糖溶液或生理氯化钠溶液中静滴 ,bid ,疗程 7～ 1 4d。结果 :试验组痊愈率 66 .7% ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;总有效率试验组 97.0 % ,优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ;细菌清除率试验组 98.2 % ,明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;不良反应发生率试验组 3 .9% ,与对照组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5)。头孢替唑钠对 1 0 6株致病菌的敏感率 96 % (1 0 2 / 1 0 6株高敏 ) ,对金葡球菌MIC值为0 .0 6～ 0 .5mg·L- 1 ,低于头孢唑啉、头孢氨苄、头孢呋辛及头孢他啶的MIC值。结论Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftezole sodium in the treatment of acute bacterial infections.Methods:A randomized open labeled controlled multicenter clinical trial on ceftezole sodium and cefazolin sodium was conducted for the treatment of 130 patients with acute bacterial infections in respiratory tract and urinary tract .The efficacy of clinical trial,the bacterial clearance rates and adverse reaction were evaluated.Results:The cure rate,the total effective rate and the bacterial clearance of the test group were 66.7%,97% and 98% respectively( P <0.01, P <0.05, P < 0.01).The incidence of adverse reaction of the test group was 3.9%,which had no statistical difference from the control group( P >0.05).Ceftezole sodium showed a high susceptibility of 96% (102/106) to 106 clinical isolated bacteria.MIC of ceftezole sodium against MSSA was 0.06～0.5mg·L -1 ,lower than that of cefazolin,cefalexin,cefuroxime and cefatazidime. Conclusion:Ceftezole sodium is an effective and safe antibiotic to acute bacterial infections in respiratory tract and urinary tract.
