摘　　要：报道了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的3963催化柴油加氢改质催化剂的工业应用结果。该催化剂能明显改善劣质柴油特别是FCC柴油质量,进行加氢脱硫、加氢脱氮,大幅度提高柴油十六烷值。在大多数情况下,3963催化剂可提高催化柴油十六烷值10～14个单位,柴油收率大于95%。catalyst is developed by FRIPP for hydroupgrading FCC diesel.It is a novel hydrotreating catalyst for upgrading low quality diesel distillates,such as FCC or RFCC diesel.It is active both to HDS and HDN simultaneously,and can greatly improve the cetane number of product.This paper introduced the upgrading performance and commercial application results of 3963 catalyst.In most cases,3963 catalyst can increase the product CN by 10～14 units and can maintain the diesel distillate yields higher than 95%.
