摘  要:以炼油厂催化裂化碳五为原料合成甲基叔戊基醚(TAME),采用预反应器与催化蒸馏塔的组合醚化工艺,叔戊烯转化率可达95%以上,获得的TAME纯度不小于97%。TAME生产技术可有效降低汽油烯烃含量,并提高汽油的辛烷值和含氧量。The laboratory and pilot plant research results of TAME synthesis from fluid-catalytic cracking (FCC) C 5 fraction were described.The feedstock was first selectively hydrogenated to remove dienes.The conversion of tert -amylenes could reach 95% and higher by subsequently reacting in a pre-reactor and a catalytic distillation column.The TAME purity could reach 97%.It was shown not only the octane number and oxygen content of gasoline could be increased,but also the olefin content of gasoline could be reduced signifi cantly.
