摘  要:以对甲氧基苯乙酮和溴化铜为原料 ,用乙酸乙酯和氯仿的混合液作反应介质合成了对甲氧基 α 溴代苯乙酮。考察了影响溴代收率的因素 ,最佳合成条件为 :溴化铜∶对甲氧基苯乙酮 (摩尔比 )为 2 2∶1 ,反应在回流温度下进行 ,回流时间 2 0h,收率可达 89 4 %。p-Methoxy-α-bromoacetophenone was synthesized with p-methoxyacetophenone and cupric bromide as raw materials and the mixture of ethyl acetate and chloroform as reactions mediation.The factors that had influence on the substitution reaction were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were as follow:ratio of cupric bromide to p-methoxyacetophenone was 2.2mol∶1mol,reaction temperature was reflux temperature and reflux time was 2.0 h. The yield under the optimum reaction conditions was up to 89.4 %.
