摘  要:采用哈克挤出 -吹塑设备制备了 PVA吹塑薄膜。研究了热处理条件对薄膜水含量、结晶以及力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,处理温度、处理时间及水含量对薄膜结构与性能均有较大影响 ;处理温度一定 ,随时间延长 ,薄膜水含量减少 ,结晶度增加 ,拉伸强度提高 ,达平衡水含量时 ,结晶度和拉伸强度最高 ;处理温度升高 ,水蒸发加剧 ,平衡水含量降低 ,薄膜结晶度和拉伸强度变化 ,10In this paper, the effects of thermal treatment temperature and time on changes of water content and crystal structure of PVA blown films, which were obtained from HAKKE extrusion-blowing machine, and therefore on the mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that the evaporation of water in the modified PVA films slowed down due to the quite strong interactions among water, PVA and other plasticizers; when treated at constant temperature, water content of the film reduced with time, reaching an equilibrium content, and the mechanical properties of PVA films enhanced with decrease of water content and then attained to the highest at the equilibrium water content, e.g., after treated 65 minutes at 100 ℃, water content of the film reduced to 6%, crystallinity increases from 11.73% to 18.74%, and tensile strength of PVA film increases from 16 MPa to 49 MPa. The structure and properties of PVA films were influenced by treating temperature, treating time and water content, and 100 ℃ is the optimum treating temperature because the film could achieve the required water content in a short time and get quite high tensile strength.
