摘 要:研究了 PP固相接枝混合三单体 (g PP)增容 PP/ PA6共混物的界面相互作用和力学性能 ,结果表明 ,该 g PP是 PP/ PA6共混物的有效增容剂 ,在 PP/ PA6共混物的所有组成范围内 ,加入少量的 g PP均可达到良好的增容效果 ,能显著提高共混物的力学性能。固相接枝物对 PP/ PA6共混体系的增容效果与固相接枝物用量及制备固相接枝物时第三单体的用量相关。通过 Molau实验、傅里叶红外变换光谱测试、抽提实验等证实 :g PP的加入使得 PP/ PA6共混物在共混过程中就地形成了两相之间的增容剂 PP-g- PA6,增强了两相界面间的相互作用 ,g PP用量越大 ,PP- g- PA6的生成量越大 。The interface interaction and mechanical properties of compatibilized PP/PA6 blend by the solid-phase graft copolymer of PP with MAH, MMA and 3rd monomer were studied. The results show that the graft can improve the compatibility of PP/PA6 efficiently. The mechanical properties of PP/PA6 blend can be evidently improve by little graft, and the amount of the graft and the amount of 3rd monomer are in effect on compatibilization. The interface interaction of compatibilized PP/PA6 blends by the graft were studied by Molau test, extraction analysis, and IR. The results indicate that the information of PP-g-PA6 in vicinity of interfaces during melt extrusion of graft and PA6, due to the reaction between the reactive groups of graft and end groups of PA6, and increasing the amount of graft amplifies the interface interaction.
