环氧/酚醛树脂乳液3240玻璃布层压板的研制

摘　　要：介绍环氧/酚醛树脂乳液制造3240玻璃布层压板的配方和工艺。试验表明,采用这种制造方法可节约大量昂贵的有机溶剂,降低成本,减少环境污染,有利于生产的安全保护。对利用乳液工艺和有机溶剂工艺制造的配比相同的3240层压板的性能测试表明,两种层压板性能相当,其物理力学性能及电性能均达到GB1303-77标准的要求。The formulation and technology of 3240 laminated glass cloth made of epoxy/phenolic resin emulsion are introduced. The test shows that water can be used to replace plenty of expensive organic solvents during the process of manufacturing the laminated cloth, so reduce the costs of materials and manufacture, decrease the environmental pollution and he advantageous to the safety and protection of the production. The performance test of two 3240 laminated cloths with the same formulation but made by the e-mulsion technology and the organic1 solvent technology respectively showed that the properties of two laminated cloths are equal, and all their physical, mechanical and electric properties meet the requirement of GB 1303 -77.
