云母钛珠光颜料的制备

摘　　要：以云母和废钛屑为主要原料 ,用液相沉积法在云母表面包膜二氧化钛薄膜。该工艺由钛液制备、云母前处理、包膜、过滤、洗涤、焙烧、表面处理等七步完成 ,控制反应条件 ,制得银白色和彩虹型两种云母钛光颜料。探讨了影响包膜二氧化钛薄膜的主要因素 ,获得最佳工艺参数 ,即反应温度 90℃ ,游离酸的浓度 4mol/L ,焙烧温度 80 0℃。Taking mica and waste titanium filings as major raw materials,mica titanium pearlite pigment was prepared by means of liquid phase sedimentation The technology consisted of the preparation of titanium liquid,pretreatment of mica,film encapsulation,filtering,washing,roasting,and surface treatment Silver grey and rainbow mica titanium prarlite pigments were prepared by controlling the reaction conditions The major factors which had effects on the film encapsulation were studied,and the optimum techology parameters were obtained:reaction temperature 90 ℃,free acidity 4 mol/L,roasting temperature 800 ℃
