摘  要:以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸(质量比为55:15:3O:2)为主要原料,经乳液聚合制成自交联人造花光面胶。该胶固含量46%~50%,pH值5~6,残存单体≤0.1%,成膜光泽度≥90%,耐黄变等级A,Tg为23℃。而且耐水性、手感均优,工艺性良好。文中还讨论了原料配比、聚合条件等对光面胶性能的影响。The self-crosslinking emulsion lacquer for artificial flowers was prepared by copolymerization with butyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate, styrene and acrylic acid (their mass ratio is 55: 15: 30: 2) as the main materials. The lacquer has solid content of (48 ± 2) % , pH value of 5 - 6 and residual monomer of under 0.1%, and the resulted film has glossiness of over 90% , anti-yellowing of grade A and Tg of 23 ℃. Moreover, it has very good water-resistance, hand-feeling and processability. The effect of raw material ratio and polymerization condition on the lacquer's properties was also discussed.
