摘　　要：文中研究了过程控制系统中标准化技术———OPC的思想、应用和关键技术,结合OPC思想以及多层软件体系策略,分析了过程控制系统采用多层软件体系的可行性、相关约束以及实现技术,给出了一个基于OPC和多层结构的过程控制系统实例,并阐述了该系统实例中所采用的核心技术。The philosophy, practice and key technology of OPC, the standard for process control, is researched in the paper. Based on OPC and multitier software framework, research of feasibility, constraints and realization of process control system is studied. Finally, architecture of a process control system is presented, with detailed explain of its key technology. 
