摘  要:本文把动态力学分析用于大电机环氧云母绝缘的老化状态诊断。对运行不同年数发电机定子绝缘进行了动态力学分析和介质损耗测试试验,并详细研究了典型的动态力学温度谱的特征参数与绝缘老化的关系。试验结果表明:与试样尺寸无关的力学损耗tanδ温度谱的特征参数能更准确地表征绝缘的老化程度。动态力学分析和介质损耗试验结果证明,对于运行年久且运行良好的发电机,其定子绝缘的动态力学分析参数是更重要的绝缘老化状态诊断特征量。Dynamic mechanical analysis was applied to the aging assessment of stator insulation. Dissipation factor tipup and typical temperature spectrums of dynamic mechanic were tested on stator insulation subjected to operating stresses for 18 and 23 years. The typical dynamic mechanical temperature spectrums were analyzed and characterized by several parameters that are related to insulation aging. The results showed that these parameters changed regularly with the insulation operating time, indicating the gradual degradation of epoxy resin and imperfect bonding. The mechanical loss tangent tanδ independent on the size of sample could accurately indicate the aging extent of insulation. Comparison of results of dissipation factor tipup with the DMA parameters made it clear that, for the generator well operating, the DMA parameters were more important to assess the aging extent of stator insulation.
