摘　　要：随着电子商务的普及，网上进行合同签约的需求越来越紧迫。文章提出了以XML和数字签名为基础的网上合同签约的方法，并已在本实验室得到了实现和应用。This article presents a method to sign contract on the Internet using XML and digital signature. First, the order which will be signed is formatted by XML. Second, the order is checked and signed in digital signature by the order manager. Third, it will be sent to the client and signed. At last,the signing of the contract is completed, and the information of it is parsed and added into contract table.
