摘　　要：设计并实现了一个完全符合国内外有关标准、有良好安全性、支持多应用的IC卡操作系统BHCOS。文章首先介绍了BHCOS的开发平台和软硬件结构，然后着重设计并实现BHCOS的四大基本功能：传输管理，命令解释，文件管理，安全管理；最后用一个应用实例－校园一卡通介绍了BHCOS的应用。This paper designs and implmentes a chip operating system—BHCOS which accords with national and international standards, possesses high security, and supports multiple application. First it introduces platform and hardware architecture of BHCOS, then depictes its four main functions: transmission management, command managmegnt, security management and file management; finally it validates the design of BHCOS with a practical application instance: one card going current in the campus.
