摘  要:电化学电容器是一类利用电化学双电层或电极材料在电极表面及体相发生的氧化还原反应而存储能量的装置 ,具有高比能量、良好的可逆性和长循环寿命。金属氧化物电极材料目前主要有贵金属氧化物和过渡金属氧化物。本文简要介绍了金属氧化物电化学电容器的储能机理、特点及应用 ,总结了电极材料的制备及改性方法 ;Electrochemical capacitors are energy-storage devices, which obtain energy from electrochemical double-layer or the reaction at or beyond the surface of the electrode. They possess high power density, exhibit excellent reversibility, and have very long cycle life. So far the electrode materials are mainly divided into noble-metal oxides and transition-metal oxides. In this paper, the energy-storage mechanism, property and application of this type of capacities are discussed. The preparation and modification of metal oxides are also introduced. The results show that the surface area and porosity of materials can be increased by the methods of preparation and modification. Consequently, the specific capacity of capacitors can be improved. The recent progress in the electode materials of metal oxides is reviewed.
