摘  要:Trans-4-(Dimethylamino)-4′-(diethylamino) stilbene(DMAEAS) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The UV spectrum of the compound has been recorded. The single photon fluorescence spectrum of the compound under 370 nm excitation shows the presence of two bands at 420 nm and 438 nm, respectively.Trans-4-(Dimethylamino)-4′-(diethylamino) stilbene(DMAEAS) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis.
