摘 要:在直径为 0 476m的间歇操作的搅拌釜中 ,用隔盘、环板将搅拌釜隔为两级 ,利用酸碱中和法测定水及甘油 (粘度分别为 0 0 72、0 111、0 5 2 2Pa·s)体系的混匀时间 ,并比较了粘度不同的物系对搅拌釜内级间轴向返混特性。结果表明 :相同搅拌转速下 ,物料粘度增加 ,搅拌釜内级间返混减小 ;但搅拌雷诺数相同时 ,物料粘度变化对多级连续搅拌釜内级间的返混程度没有影响。In a stirred cylindrical tank with flat bottom and 0.476?m in diameter, a disc and a ring disc were used to divide the tank into two stages. In order to find the influence of viscosity on the axial back mixing characteristics, the mixing time in the whole tank was measured by the decolorimetric method with a water and glycerin system of different viscosities ranged from 0.072 to 0.522 Pa·s. The experimental results showed that with the same agitation speed, the back mixing from the lower stage to the upper became less when the viscosity of fluid increased. The back mixing from the lower stage to the upper was not influenced by the viscosity only if the mixing Reynolds numbers were kept same. The results are important to the engineering design and industrial application of multi-stage stirred fanks.
